Title I - Part A
Provides financial assistance to local educational agencies and schools with high numbers or high percentages of children from low-income families to help ensure that all children meet challenging state academic standards.
Title II - Part A

Early Intervention Services program provides federal funding to states to develop and implement statewide systems of coordinated, comprehensive services for infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families.
Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education
Provides funding to support career and technical education programs that prepare students for high-skill, high-wage, or in-demand occupations.
Section 31a (At-Risk)
Michigan state funding to support programs for at-risk students, including those who are economically disadvantaged, have limited English proficiency, or are at risk of academic failure.
Section 41 (Vocational Education)
Michigan state funding for vocational education programs that prepare students for careers in skilled trades and technical fields.
Section 147c (School Readiness)
Michigan state funding to support early childhood education programs that prepare children for success in kindergarten and beyond.
