Free and Reviewer district members do not consume pooled Pro seats and do not receive paid app launch access by default. AI allowances do not include automatic overage billing.
Eligible new accounts receive a 60-day evaluation with no card required. Individual Pro trials are once per user, per app. New districts receive a provisional suite evaluation with five Pro seats; district confirmation is required for governed sharing. Paid Team and District setup remains review-led.
